Returns
Chloe Alexis is committed to providing you with a hassle free 30 day return policy on all items for any reason (excluding final sale items) which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase for your returns.
Item’s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Chloe Alexis is not responsible for any items that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
To start a return, please provide your order number which can be located on your packing slip or on your email order conformation and contact us at info@chloealexisboutique.com once your return request is received we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Orders beyond the 30 day return policy will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions non-returnable items
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED AT ANYTIME.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange option, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return you will receive an email notifying you on the approval or your refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too your account.
